But not so short and sweet that it is not effective.  This post will be an example of just that\u2026<\/p>\n<p>Cover what needs to be covered to the depth that is needed and then stop.  Don\u2019t embellish.  Keep the focus on the facts.  Get the information produced and documented in understandable language that makes sense to your readers.  <\/p>\n<p>Don\u2019t over saturate your standard with too many words.  Get to the point and do it quick.  If a picture helps \u2013 add a picture.  If a chart helps \u2013 add a chart.  If a bulleted list is effective \u2013 use one.<\/p>\n<p>Try not to have too many wordy paragraphs.
