Do you generate excitement about the future?\u00a0 Or do you kind of think it might not be so good?<\/p>\n<p>Enthusiasm is contagious.\u00a0 People should be catching it from you.\u00a0 You need to be a positive enfluence within your firm.\u00a0 This can be hard if you are also the &#8220;CAD Cop&#8221;.\u00a0 Balancing a positive attitude with the enforcement of a Standard can be tough.
