Once you have a few people who have tried a few ways at doing one thing, get them together for a discussion.\u00a0 Ask them what method should be used by all.\u00a0 Let them defend or sell their way.\u00a0 Let them knock off the rough edges and come away with a unified method.\u00a0 Have them all test it out and then if they all agree – put it into the standard.<\/p>\n
