Cooked in little roadside &#8220;lobster pounds&#8221;.   Fantastic tasting food, cooked fresh.  Lobster Rolls, Lobster stew, Clam Chowder, Lobster Burritos and Lobster Quesadillas, Lobster Bisque and obviously fresh lobster &#8211; baked, boiled, and steamed.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/caddmanager.com\/blog\/uploaded_images\/DSCF0964-748937.JPG\" onblur=\"try {parent.deselectBloggerImageGracefully();} catch(e) {}\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/caddmanager.com\/blog\/uploaded_images\/DSCF0964-748321.JPG\" style=\"cursor: pointer\" border=\"0\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>We saw black and white &#8216;Oreo&#8217; cows which are Belted Galloways, a rare breed of Scottish beef cattle.  Kind of looks like an Oreo cookie &#8211; right?<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/caddmanager.com\/blog\/uploaded_images\/DSCF0915-766695.JPG\" onblur=\"try {parent.deselectBloggerImageGracefully();} catch(e) {}\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/caddmanager.com\/blog\/uploaded_images\/DSCF0915-765990.JPG\" style=\"cursor: pointer\" border=\"0\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>This is one of the roadside shacks in one of the many port towns we toured.  The colorful buoys hanging above the counter are for marking lobster traps.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/caddmanager.com\/blog\/uploaded_images\/DSCF0761-755998.JPG\" onblur=\"try {parent.deselectBloggerImageGracefully();} catch(e) {}\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/caddmanager.com\/blog\/uploaded_images\/DSCF0761-755213.JPG\" style=\"cursor: pointer\" border=\"0\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>And of course &#8211; we saw many white church steeples poking through the tree tops.
