(the How and When)\u00a0 Now you get down to the actionable definitions of what you are going to be doing.\u00a0 This is the time to add measurable targets and time frames.<\/p>\n<p>Include Specific, Measurable objectives that have a Due Date.<\/p>\n<p>Here are some examples:<\/p>\n<p>1. BIM<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Get 4 projects started in Revit by June 1 2011<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>2.
