Without this setting, you may tie up your machine while it cranks away at your processing.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.caddmanager.com\/CMB\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/04\/Options-Print-03-a1.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-1784\" src=\"https:\/\/www.caddmanager.com\/CMB\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/04\/Options-Print-03-a1.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"303\" height=\"61\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.caddmanager.com\/CMB\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/04\/Options-Print-03-a1.png 303w, https:\/\/www.caddmanager.com\/CMB\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/04\/Options-Print-03-a1-300x60.png 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 303px) 100vw, 303px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Turn both of these on.<\/p>\n<p>There are two options here:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Plotting <\/strong>&#8211; setting this one to on by checking the box will enable background processing for the PLOT command.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Publishing <\/strong>&#8211; setting this one to on by checking the box will enable background  processing for the PUBLISH command.<\/p>\n<p>When background plotting is enabled, an icon will display in the lower right corner of AutoCAD.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.caddmanager.com\/CMB\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/04\/Options-Print-03a.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-1782\" title=\"Options-Print-03a\" src=\"https:\/\/www.caddmanager.com\/CMB\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/04\/Options-Print-03a.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"183\" height=\"126\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>There are options that are enabled when you right click on the icon.\u00a0 Right-click any of the plot and publish icons in the tray on the right side of the status bar.
