Here is an example of the way you might document the symbols in your Standard<\/p>\n

You may say – “They are in my menus and in my folders.\u00a0 Everyone knows what they look like.”<\/p>\n

The reason I suggest that you add graphic examples is so that no one will be confused.\u00a0 New users may not know what is expected.\u00a0 Those using symbols from old projects may not know they are incorrect.<\/p>\n

Show them what they symbols should look like.<\/p>\n
