You need to include a discipline designator in your file names so that people can quickly see who created and is responsible for each file.

Here is an NCS compliant example:

  1. I’m pretty new to estimating and I ran into some pages of an architectural drawing that I do not know what the discipline designators mean. I have CU, CA and CS before the numbers on some of my drawings and I cannot find out what these letters mean. It’s just a curious question. Thanks!!
