CAD Leadership Part 8 - Traits 4 & 5

I have posted Parts 1 thru 7 on my website some time ago.  I have not revisited this topic for some time.  I decided to keep moving on the topic by adding Trait 4 and Trait 5.

Trait 4 is the ability to inspire others.

July 2006 - Survey Says

What features are you using?

It looks like the older features are used the most.  The newer ones are taking a little longer to sink in (except Tables).

The chart below shows the percentage of users who reported using the tools.  I wonder how long it usually takes for new features to catch on?

WELCOME

This time around...

Two things on my mind this month.

Thinking of leadership and what it takes and also a follow on from last months discussion about CAD Users.

Enjoy!
