I just received AutoCAD Architecture 2009.  I would be excited by this, but we just completed a roll out of 2008.  I will be loading it to see what is in there, but not using it in production yet.  I will post on the nice things that I might find.

AutoCAD 2008 Layer State functionality replaces Layer Snapshots, from Architectural Desktop, in AutoCAD Architectural 2008.
To Prevent the Replacement of Layer Snapshots with Layer States, you will need to edit the registry.
