How often do you check your email? I keep mine running just about all the time. I check it frequently. I have several accounts pulling in emails from several sources into my Outlook client.
What are you doing? How often do you check your email. Are you addicted? Do you control it, or does it control you? Are you easy to get a hold of?

I manage it.
Work emails only come into my work location and I immediately take care of those; but, at home, I have three email addresses coming into Outlook.
Those are for other projects, my blog, augi, etc.
I read most of those immediately, but, I am choosy about what I reply to. People will really dominate your time if you allow them to, so you have to resist the urge to respond to everyone who shoots you off a message… otherwise it can take over your life.
